Kettlebell Complexes are a series of compound exercises done one right after the other with the same weight and without rest. All reps are completed before moving on to the next exercise in the sequence.

Let’s Stop Talking And Get To Today’s Kettlebell Workout Using Complexes……
Here’s the workout.
Do 5 sets of 5 different kettlebell exercises as a complex
You can use 1 or 2 kettlebells for this complex
Complete each set without putting the bells down
Rest for 2 minutes between each set
Here is the exercise list
** Note this is set up for using 2 kettlebells but you can use one bell. **
Double front squats x 5
Double snatches x 5
Double strict press x 5
Double clean and push press x 5
Double front squats x5
A total of 150 reps for the workout.
This is a tough kettlebell workout no doubt, if your fairly new to using kettlebells and specifically doing complexes you may want to use a lighter kettlebell than normally. Also you could take a short rest (30 seconds or less depends on your conditioning) between exercises.
Also if doing 5 straight kettlebell exercises is too much for you break it up.
Do the first 3 exercises in a complex do your 5 sets, rest 2-3 minutes, then continue with the last 2 exercises.
There you have it. Kettlebell complexes yes they are tough, but they will take your kettlebell workouts to a whole new level. And what that all means is….
